Projecting the 2026 Seattle Mariners Roster

The second in a three-year series focusing on the immediate future of the Seattle Mariners.

Projecting future rosters is more of a fun exercise than one with real-world value, but it can provide some insight into where the Seattle Mariners are at eash position, and from where future solutions may come — at least the way I’m doing it here.

Below is my 26-Man roster projection for 2026, assuming continued arbitration routes, but without making a single free agent signing, including re-upping with the club’s own free agents, or trade. Options are assumed based on info through NOW (performance, market value, injuries, depth).
