NOTE: There may very well be prospects not ranked below that beat this group to the big leagues. The idea here is to assign some semblance of expectation to the best 20 prospects in the organization, not predict which minor leaguers reach the majors first. The Top 20 carry the upside, particularly my current top 15, which is loaded with loud tools.
